     MOSQUITOES, CONS AND PROS
       The advantages of mosquitoes to the world as a whole is enough for people to demand for more mosquitoes while their disadvantages are horribly much that many people might be thinking to find a means of putting mosquitoes into extinction.
       As for the disadvantages of mosquitoes, they are many but to mention not but a few, mosquito's irritating noise is a disadvantage. Their noise is always disturbing and irritating. The can cause one a total or partial sleeplessness. Also,  their itchy bite is not to be left out when mentioning their disadvantages. Although this is not the bone of contention as far as the other major problem caused by mosquitoes.
        In 2014, world health organization claimed that half of the world is under the treat of blood sucking insects which mosquito is one of them. No wonder why a slogan reined among them "SMALL BIT,  BIG TREAT". As for mosquitoes, they are the carrier of diseases like yellow fever,  malaria, CHIKUNGUNYA (a disease that outbreak America within 2013-2015). Also, they are the transmitter of VALLEY FEVER from animals to man.
       All the above mentioned disadvantages are enough to conclude that mosquitoes are deadly creatures but on the other hand, they are still very useful as far as this ecosystem of ours is concerned. In food chain their larva feeds on waste products to produce useful nutrients like nitrogen for aquatic plants to grow. As we know that the existence of aquatic plants sustains the life of aquatic animal and the protein gotten from aquatic animals is not migre.
       Mosquitoes are not useful to aquatic animals only, also they are part of the agents of pollination which is an important thing in man's life as far as the production of his food is concerned.
       Birds, e.g bats,  can never pray for the extinction of mosquitoes,  as this serve as food for them.
        Lastly,  thanks to mosquitoes as they serve as environmental sanitizer,  their larva eats up all detritus and clogs which are dirts as far as aquatic world is concerned. This will prevent the living organisms in water from death and illness. Also, for the terrestrial world, they keep the world in a sanitized condition because mosquitoes are insects and without insects the world will have been in a dirty condition.
       Conclusively, Mosquitoes is a two edge sword,  they have their advantages and disadvantages but we can prevent their disadvantages with numerous measures with I will be discussing in my next article. Before I stop my question to you is that how do you see mosquitoes to be?

 WHAT HEALTH IS AND HOW TO ACHIEVE SOUND HEALTH

   Health is the number one requirement of every living soul,especially man. Without sound health,there is nothing you can do successfully. The question you will want to ask is  ''What is health?'' Many people will want to define health as complete absence of disease. This statement is true.

     However,to understand fully what health is and what to achieve the sound health for individual needs,one should know that health doesn't end only with physical appearance. Therefore, to be healthy means to be healthy bodily,mentally and psychologically. With bodily healthy, you will be able to carry out your daily routine efficiently. With mental health, your response to stimuli should be accurate and precise. Nay,you will not be contradictory  in your utterances and performances.

    psychological health means a lot  in every human being. Positive psychological state of human being means a high level of health. This will save you from calamities of hypertension,stroke and host of other health challenges.In order to stay healthy, one needs to compliment the above facts with not only the knowledge of it but with practical steps to achieve the reality.

      To be physically healthy, that is bodily health,one should make sure every intake should be healthy. Eat fresh,well cooked foods and fruits. Avoid unripe fruit intake,unprocessed or semi-processed food. Never go alcoholic. Take only health complimentary drinks. Avoid high level sugary content drinks. Take sufficient water everyday.Remember,man is made up of 80% water.

    Furthermore, to be mentally healthy, you should undergo or  imbibe yourself in every activities that will promote you mentally. You should do enough exercises everyday. As you are exercising yourself,you are improving your physical and mental health. If you are a student , exercise opens the doors of your brain for easy assimilation. Soft games can also improves you mentally. But remember to do this for  improving yourself mentally and do not allow it to consume much of your time, so that you don't  regret doing so.

   psychological health happens to be the most serious of all the phases of good health. The reason is that we relates with fellow human being on this platform. Man acts out of normal when psychological health is on threat. Behaviour is inordinate, the utterances is  abnormal. Everything is out of order. The major cause of  this state is carelessness at higher level. It is this act of carelessness that lead man to psychological problem.To be psychologically fit, one should avoid alcoholism, drug, sleeplessness and a host of things that can render man useless,and out of human positive nature.
