Football. is one of the uniting factors of the whole world.It reduces the stresses caused by race, religion classes and other forms of feudal causative agents. Thus, social life is promoted.

      Exercise boost energy. Exercise aids aerobic respiration. With respiration more oxygen is inhaled. This assist in digestion. With digestion of all form of food, absorption becomes easier, which eventually give us more energy. Energy allow us to be efficient in everything  we do and even thinking.
